    Mini vacuum diffusion welding furnace

    Application:

    The furnace mainly used for the vacuum diffusion welding of metals and ceramics, 

    also for the hot press shaping of metallic materials and the hot press sintering of the transparent 

    inorganic materials. 

    Features:

    The vertical structure, stainless steel furnace shells; side door suitable for loading and unloading. 

    Tungsten mesh heating elements conduces to heating.  

    1.Electric servo pressing system, owing the better controlling precision of pressure and displacement.

    2.Vacuum system consists of the direct-driving mechanical pump and turbo molecular pump 

    with high vacuum.  

    3.the metallic heating radiation possessing the better thermal insulation.

    4.Controlling mode of PLC plus touching screen, automatic operation.
